This tool enables text modification in a batch of PDF files.
PDF Text Batch Modifier helps find and replace text strings from PDF documents. Full-fledged editing of PDF needs tools like Adobe Acrobat. They are expensive. However, if your need is for modifying only a few specific strings but in a large volume of documents, then PDF text modifier program is a good fit. This software searches for one or multiple words and/or phrases in the PDF documents. The number of documents could be very large. Wherever this search string is found, it is replaced with the defined replacement phrase. It is thus able to modify, replace, delete and correct text content of your PDF files. One text string can be modified with different text strings at the same time. It is possible to use wildcard expressions in the replacement phrases. You can use the exact case specific strings.
The tool is Windows compatible. It is compatible to right up to version 7. The interface is very user-friendly and simple. It lets any user to be proficient with the tool quite easily. The top part is for creating the batch. You can get the files through browsing the local hard disk by simply dragging and dropping. You type in the text to be found in the given text box (“Text to be replaced”). Next step is to define the replacement text (“replace with”). In the case-sensitive mode, the tool will look for an exact match taking into consideration the case of the text character being matched. Wildcards help specify a few characters to be matched while the other character positions could be anything/don’t care. This is a good tool.
